FAIR CHANCE EMPLOYER SUMMIT

Know the law, strengthen your hiring process and learn how to minimize risk and maximize value by
becoming a Fair Chance Employer! Plus, learn how to take advantage of government incentives such as
tax credits, fidelity bonding, and wage reimbursements.
The Summit will include:
▪ Employers and trainers who have hired/trained formerly incarcerated workers
▪ Success stories of fair chance employers and workers
▪ Training on Root & Rebound’s ‘California Employers’ Fair Chance Hiring Toolkit
The training is intended for employers, HR professionals, corporate counsel, workforce development
professionals, and others in the California business community.

CCTV  broadcast of the Fair Chance Employer Summit will be streaming live on Comcast channel 27, AT&T U-verse channel 99 and Wave channel 32 (a smaller cable provider). It will be seen in Contra Costa County and the Tri-Valley Area (San Ramon, Livermore, Pleasanton and Dublin).

It will also be streaming live on the internet at ContraCostatv.org.
