Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)

Current and prospective training provides

Workforce and Innovation Act (WIOA) programs fund career technical education and training services to eligible individuals. The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is a list of training providers and programs that meet the requirements to provide WIOA-funded training services.
To be approved for the ETPL, training providers must:

Register a Training Provider account in CalJOBS and:

• Apply for Provider eligibility determination
• Complete and/or Submit:
  • Accreditation
  • Signed Assurance form (which commits to the following):
    • Meeting WIOA Section 188 Equal Opportunity and Nondiscrimination requirements
    • Complying with annual monitoring requirements
    • Complying with annual data entry requirements

Once approved as a Training Provider:

• Apply for Program eligibility determination (for each program to be listed)
• Meet annual eligibility and compliance requirements
