This initiative plans for the development of three youth centers within three districts of Contra Costa County to provide support services for middle and high school at-risk youth.

Extensive planning & evaluation with multiple public/private partners revealed the need to create safe, inspiring and nurturing spaces for at-risk youth with services to support equitable outcomes.
