FREE IN-PERSON TAX CLINIC @ THE CONCORD AJCC

Spark Point Contra Costa, in partnership with AJCC CONCORD and Rubicon Programs, is hosting a Free In-Person Tax Clinic to help individuals file their taxes accurately and on time—with expert support.

We’d love your help spreading the word to those who may benefit!

✅ Who Should Attend?

Anyone needing assistance with their tax return, including W2 earners, self-employed individuals, and those with Social Security, unemployment, or other forms of income.

✅ What to Bring:

• Photo ID & Social Security Card/ITIN for each person on the return
• Income documents (W2s, 1099s, Social Security, Unemployment, etc.)
• Self-employment records (Schedule C) – income summary, business type, deductions
• Other tax forms: 1098s, 1095s, etc.
• Last year’s tax return (if available)
• Bank account details for direct deposit
