An effective workforce development system is highly dependent on the strength of its partnerships.
Many of these are grant funded, time limited projects that are targeted to specific customer needs or focused to deliver specific outcomes in our communities and region, although others are more enduring in nature to help support economic vitality and job growth in our region.
